Leave management software

Leave encashment
Cash payment to an employee in exchange for unused leave, typically at year-end, on resignation, or on retirement. For India operations, standard formula: (Basic + DA) divided by 26, multiplied by unused days.
Sandwich leave rule
A policy where weekends or public holidays adjacent to a stretch of leave count as leave (often LOP) rather than weekly off. Configurable per leave type per employee group in 247HRM.
Comp-off (compensatory off)
A leave day earned by working on a designated weekly off, public holiday, or beyond standard hours. 247HRM accrues comp-off automatically per your policy, with optional expiry and encashment rules.
Section 10(10AA)

Full and Final Settlement (FFS)
