- A virtual GPS boundary around a workplace, site, or zone. Mobile check-ins from outside the boundary are blocked or flagged. Available in 247HRM as an add-on at Rs. 50 per employee per month (minimum 20 users).
- Incident management
- A native 247HRM capture channel for logging on-shift events such as late arrivals, early exits, safety incidents, or exceptions, with a full timestamped audit trail tied to the employee record.
- Shift management
- Software-driven assignment, rotation, and tracking of employee work shifts. Includes rules for overtime, grace periods, night differentials, and split shifts. 247HRM shift management software supports multi-shift, multi-location operations on one engine.
- Overtime tracking
