247HRM started in 2010 inside Infosun Private Limited, part of the Interbiz Group founded by Pradeep Reddy. The idea was direct: PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, ECR, Form 16, 24Q and a dozen other obligations should not be the reason a 600-person company keeps three full-time admins busy.

Sixteen years later, the platform runs payroll for over five lakh ground employees every month across factories, retail outlets, hospitals, schools, jewellery showrooms and corporate offices.
