What are the exact commission percentages for each tier?
Exact slabs depend on tier, deal size, geography, and your performance tier. Conservative blended bands for modelling are 15 to 25% on Year-1 license revenue, 10 to 15% on renewal years, and around 20% margin on implementation services for the S&IP tier. Final numbers are confirmed in writing in your partner agreement after the discovery call.
Is there a minimum sales target or commitment?
Lead Generation Partners have no minimum target. SP and SSP tiers carry a soft quarterly target agreed during onboarding, used for QBR planning rather than penalty. S&IP partners commit to maintaining trained delivery capacity. We will not push you into targets that do not match your team size.
How are leads allocated between partners in the same city?
Inbound leads are routed by territory, industry expertise, deal size fit, and partner tier. SP and S&IP tiers get priority over LGP for the same lead. Lead-lock protection means once a deal is registered to you, it stays with you for an agreed window, typically 90 days.
What is the security deposit, and is it refundable?
LGP partners have no security deposit. SP, SSP, and S&IP tiers carry a refundable security deposit that holds against demo license misuse, customer data exposure, and brand misrepresentation. It is fully refunded on amicable program exit subject to no outstanding claims.
Can a partner operate across multiple cities or only one territory?
All tiers default to PAN India coverage. There is no geographic lock-in. For S&IP partners, certain enterprise accounts in specific regions may be reserved on a case-by-case basis, but this is disclosed before signing, never after.
What happens if a deal needs both my sales effort and another partner's implementation team?
Multi-partner deals follow a split-commission framework. The originating partner gets the sales share, the implementing partner gets the project share, and both are documented before the customer signs. The channel manager mediates if there is ambiguity. This avoids the common reseller dispute where Y1 sales credit and Y2 implementation revenue collide.
Do I need to be a registered company to apply?
For SP, SSP, and S&IP tiers, yes. A registered Indian business entity, GST registration, and a working bank account in the company name are required for commission disbursal. LGP tier accepts proprietorships and freelance consultants with valid PAN and GST as applicable.
How fast can I start selling after applying?
Most partners complete discovery, signing, training, and demo license setup within 14 days. First-deal closures typically happen within 45 to 60 days of onboarding. Sales velocity then depends on your pipeline maturity and tier.
What products can I sell under the partnership?
