- A software module that lets employees handle routine HR tasks themselves: viewing payslips, applying for leave, submitting expense claims, declaring investments, downloading Form 16, raising helpdesk tickets, and updating personal data, instead of routing every request through HR.
- ESS portal
- The web-based interface through which employees access self-service features. The 247HRM ESS portal is available on web browsers, with companion iOS and Android mobile apps that mirror the same capabilities.
- Payslip self-service
- The capability for employees to download their own current and past payslips from a secure portal, without raising a request to HR or finance. In 247HRM, payslips publish automatically to the Document Management System after every payroll run.
- Investment declaration
- A guided form where employees declare planned tax-saving investments under sections such as 80C, 80D, and HRA at the start of the financial year. 247HRM provides section-wise eligibility information so employees declare correctly the first time.
- Proof submission
- Digital upload and verification of investment proofs against declared amounts. 247HRM automatically recalculates tax once proofs are submitted, eliminating the paper trail and end-of-year finance bottleneck.
- Form 16
- The annual TDS certificate issued by employers to employees in India, summarising salary paid and tax deducted in a financial year. Published by the Income Tax Department, Government of India. 247HRM auto-generates Form 16 and publishes it to the ESS portal for direct download.
- HR helpdesk
- A ticketed system for employees to raise queries, suggestions, and grievances. The 247HRM HR Helpdesk uses customisable workflows and a secure mail system visible only to the employee and designated HR, with threaded conversations and full audit trail.
- Grievance management
- A confidential channel for employees to raise concerns, complaints, or suggestions. 247HRM grievances route through configurable workflows so every issue is captured, assigned, resolved, and recorded.
- Application Chatbot
- A context-aware in-app AI assistant in 247HRM that guides employees through features without searching help docs. One of three live platform-wide AI features at 247HRM (alongside Website Chatbot and Text Enhancement).
- AI bill reading (OCR)
- An AI-powered feature in 247HRM Claims and Reimbursements that reads photographs of expense bills and auto-fills the claim form with vendor, amount, date, and category. Eliminates manual data entry from receipts.
- Document Management System (DMS)
- A central digital repository in 247HRM storing employee documents, payslips, policies, and correspondence. Payslips become automatically available in the DMS after every payroll run, and employees access them through their ESS portal.
