ESS portal
The web-based interface through which employees access self-service features. The 247HRM ESS portal is available on web browsers, with companion iOS and Android mobile apps that mirror the same capabilities.
Payslip self-service
The capability for employees to download their own current and past payslips from a secure portal, without raising a request to HR or finance. In 247HRM, payslips publish automatically to the Document Management System after every payroll run.
Investment declaration
A guided form where employees declare planned tax-saving investments under sections such as 80C, 80D, and HRA at the start of the financial year. 247HRM provides section-wise eligibility information so employees declare correctly the first time.
Proof submission
