Do I have to buy every module?
No. You choose the modules suited to your needs and we set up access accordingly. You can add modules later, and because they share one employee record, new modules pick up your existing data.
Can employees use it on mobile?
Yes. Employees and managers access 247HRM on web, Android and iOS, so self service requests, approvals and updates happen from anywhere.
How customisable are the reports?
MIS reports can be built from a combination of more than 100 employee and company parameters, and trending charts show movements such as salary bills and attrition against growth. Reports are customised to what you want to see.
How does grievance handling work?
Employees raise queries and grievances from self service. A secure thread is visible only to the employee and the designated HR personnel, and tickets are retained after closure so there is a clear record.
What does implementation and support look like?
The implementation team helps set up your policies and gets you live quickly. After go live, a support team and an in-product helpdesk tab stay available through the subscription period.
