This includes data migration, salary structure configuration, statutory setup (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS), leave and attendance policy mapping, manager training, and employee app rollout. A dedicated implementation manager runs the timeline. Customers with multi-entity structures or unusual integrations may need 15 to 20 days.
Does 247HRM handle multi-state PF, ESI, and PT compliance automatically?+
Yes. The statutory engine handles PF and ESI calculations centrally and generates ECR files in the format each regional office accepts. Professional Tax is configured state by state with current slabs for every Indian state and union territory. Labour Welfare Fund deductions follow state-specific rules. TDS computation respects the current and old tax regimes, with Form 16 and Form 24Q generated at financial year close.
How does Face Recognition help reduce proxy attendance?+
Face Recognition uses liveness detection to confirm a real person is in front of the camera, helping detect photo, video, and mask spoofing attempts. Recognition accuracy is 99.7% across lighting and angle variations, including masks and glasses. Encrypted face templates are stored at rest, never raw images. Geo-fencing can restrict punch-in to specific outlets, branches, or sites.

Yes. The platform supports bank advice files in formats accepted by HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, Kotak, and most cooperative banks. Biometric integrations cover Realtime, eSSL, Matrix, ZKTeco, and other common devices. Accounting integrations include Tally, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, and Zoho Books. Custom integrations use REST APIs with full documentation.
How secure is employee data on the platform?+
Data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. The platform is ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 Type II compliant.
