Which HR functions does the platform cover?
Leave and attendance, payroll and compliance, timesheets, applicant tracking (ATS), asset and expense management, employee and manager self service (ESS and EMS), performance (PMS and TRP), learning (LMS), and employee engagement, wellbeing and networking — plus training and HR consulting.
Do I have to buy every module?
No. You choose the modules suited to your needs and we set up access accordingly. You can add modules later, and because they share one employee record, new modules pick up your existing data.
Can employees use it on mobile?
Yes. Employees and managers access 247HRM on web, Android and iOS, so self service requests, approvals, attendance and updates happen from anywhere.
How does the platform handle payroll compliance?
Payroll computes PF, ESI, PT, LWF and TDS across the old and new tax regimes, and generates payslips, Form 24Q and Form 16 straight from payroll data. Attendance and leave feed payroll directly, so there is no re-keying between systems.
